These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yourinstantapp, a service that converts YouTube channels into mobile web applications. By creating or claiming an app through yourinstantapp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
yourinstantapp provides a platform that allows YouTube content creators to:
- Create instant mobile web apps from their YouTube channels
- Display their YouTube videos in an app-like interface
- Manage their app with a secure PIN
- Customize branding and settings
- Send push notifications to fans
2. Account and App Ownership
2.1 App Creation
- Anyone can create a preview app from any YouTube channel
- Preview apps are publicly accessible and display the most recent 10 videos
- To claim full ownership, you must pay a one-time fee of $9.99
- Upon claiming, you will receive a 6-digit PIN for app management
2.2 YouTube Channel Verification
- You may be required to verify ownership of the YouTube channel
- Verification is done by adding a unique code to your YouTube channel description
- Failure to verify may limit certain features
2.3 PIN Security
Important: Your PIN cannot be recovered if lost. It is your sole responsibility to keep your PIN secure and backed up. Loss of your PIN may result in permanent loss of access to your app management features.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 One-Time Fee
- Claiming an app costs $9.99 (one-time payment)
- Payment is processed securely through Square
- This fee grants you lifetime ownership and management rights to the app
- No recurring fees or subscriptions
3.2 Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable

4. Content and YouTube Terms
4.1 YouTube Content
- Your app displays videos from your YouTube channel via YouTube's embed player
- You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service
- You are responsible for all content on your YouTube channel
- yourinstantapp does not host or store your video content
4.2 Content Ownership
- You retain all ownership rights to your YouTube content
- yourinstantapp does not claim any ownership over your videos or channel
- You grant us permission to display your public YouTube content in your app
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use yourinstantapp to:
- Claim apps for channels you do not own
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Display illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with the service or other users
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
6. Service Availability
- yourinstantapp is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
- We are not responsible for YouTube API changes or outages
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- yourinstantapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid ($9.99)
- We are not responsible for content on your YouTube channel
- We are not liable for YouTube service interruptions
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate apps that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Contain illegal or harmful content
- Are used for fraudulent purposes
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
- Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification
